Consumer-Membership Overview of qualifications, rights, and benefits

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Consumer members must have paid their $100 member share

• Review and agree to the Bylaws

 

RIGHTS and PRIVILEGES:

• Ownership of one Consumer-Member share

• One Consumer-Membership class vote per the Bylaws Section 2.1(a)

• The Consumer-Membership class is entitled to always maintain at least one seat on the Kingdom Co-op

Board of Directors BENEFITS:

• Patronage Dividends for consumer-membership shall be allocated and distributed in proportion to their purchases from the co-op, when applicable

• Access to member-only special deals and discounts

• Voice in determining the future and direction of the Co-op
