QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Actively selling products to the store – for 6 months and a minimum of $500 invoiced 

• Maintain compliance with the co-op quality and fulfillment requirements 

• Accepted and voted in by the board of directors 

• Paid $300 for producer ownership share

RIGHTS and PRIVILEGES: 

• Ownership of one producer member share

• One vote on all producer member class and co-op board elections

• Hold and vote exclusively for one seat on the co-op board of directors
